Job description
Initiate and maintain office administration systems as required 
Travel bookings 
Responsible for office petty cash 
Secretarial duties 
Managing circulation database 
Electronic and hardcopy filing, data capture and minute-taking 
Arrange and manage print/design quotes, ordering and receiving goods 
Mail merge and print labels for posting and manage mailing of all magazines
Debtors
Occasional errands
Manage exhibition stand when required

 

Requirements

Matric and at least 1 year practical office administration experience 
Sound computer literacy - MS Office suite including Access 
Proven ability to multitask 
Ability to work in a team, take direction
Ability to work undirected and under pressure 
Have high level of accuracy and confidentiality 
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills 
Demonstrate sound work ethics

Must have excellent telephone manner and be presentable
Above average communication and people skills
